Your Role Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Controlling, Market Intelligence, and Strategy, to deliver strategic initiatives that drive growth across regional and global accounts. Utilise operational research methodologies to analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence, providing actionable insights to shape business decisions and sales strategies. Contribute to business modelling efforts, ensuring strategic initiatives are supported by strong financial and business models to optimize sales performance. Harness the power of data to tell compelling stories and communicate key business insights, fostering alignment and informed decision-making within the commercial sales team and across other departments. Lead and implement sustainability initiatives, ensuring Henkel’s sustainability goals are embedded within the sales strategies and driving long-term value for customers. Take accountability for strategic projects, overseeing performance metrics and offering actionable recommendations to the leadership team to meet sales targets and business objectives. Collaborate with global teams in all regions leveraging intercultural sensitivity to build strong relationships and work effectively in diverse, multicultural settings. Work closely with the commercial sales team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering exceptional value to customers. This one-year program is designed to develop your expertise across strategic areas such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Business Operations Analysis, and Project Management. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with Business Directors, Global & Regional Key Account Managers, Marketing & Customer Activation teams, and the Business Strategy, PMO teams, Application Engineering, & Product Innovation teams. Your Skills A graduate (before September 2025 or no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Sciences, Marketing, or a related field. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of how data drives business strategy and supports initiatives within the commercial sales team. Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on business modelling, strategic analysis, and leveraging data for decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and customers. A collaborative team player, adept at working across global teams and functions, demonstrating a high level of intercultural sensitivity to engage with diverse colleagues and customers. Proactive, results-oriented, and highly accountable, with the ability to independently manage projects and contribute to the team’s success. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that sustainability initiatives are integrated into the sales and business strategy. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges and immerse yourself in the role.
