Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 6 months, Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an Organisational Development (OD) Plan for the NHS Trust.
* Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Provide expertise on change management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
* HR degree or relevant qualification.
* Proven experience in HR, OD, and change management.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* NHS Experience is essential.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
