Support Assistant – SEMH Schools in Grantham
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

We are seeking dedicated Support Assistants to work in SEMH schools in Grantham, providing vital support to students who require additional help in their educational journey.
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 or group support to students with SEMH needs.
* Foster a positive and nurturing environment to help students manage challenging behaviour.
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
* Assist in building students' confidence, resilience, and social skills.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an educational or care setting, particularly with SEMH or challenging behaviour, is highly desirable.
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young people.
* Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).
* A willingness to adapt to different challenges and provide consistent support.
