We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Consultant (Project) to join our team. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to identify, document, and resolve defects in our systems. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for projects.
Conduct manual and automated testing of applications and systems.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve these issues.
Participate in requirement analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
Perform regression testing to ensure that updates do not impact existing functionalities.
Provide status reports and updates to project management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Hours Per Hour: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.18
Location: Newport, Wales
