Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Working pattern: Fully office based / required to travel to various sites on a weekly basis

I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a successful blue-collar company on an interim basis with a view of becoming permanent.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
1. CIPD certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role, with a strong understanding of all aspects of HR.
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
3. Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
4. Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex HR challenges.
