We are seeking a Team Co-ordinator / Administrator for our Apprenticeship team, based from Tonbridge and working across our offices in London & Kent (hybrid working).
What you’ll do
You will support all colleagues enrolled in an apprenticeship and working towards certification and provide an effective service to all learners and the apprenticeship team, liaising with key stakeholders.
Within the Training, Apprenticeship and Digital Team we see members of the team as individuals and believe that diversity within the team is an important component in doing the job well. We support a good work/life balance to help get the best out of our people and are supportive of flexible, hybrid working.
We continuously look to develop our people, through formal training programmes, online learning tools or via less formal ‘on the job’ learning. We want to give our people the skills, trust and confidence they need to allow them autonomy in their role.

The experience you’ll need
To be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application;
1. Previous Administration experience
2. Computer literate with experience using all Microsoft packages
3. Ability to work under pressure for a team
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
5. Highly organised and able to work well under pressure
6. Ability to use own initiative without close supervision
