The Role:
As our next Global Senior Electronics Engineer you'll be designing analog and digital circuitry for complex, industrial electro-mechanical equipment.
What you will do:
1. Concept-to-production design of original, differentiating and proven electronic solutions, utilizing a mix of hands-on and computer-aided engineering.
2. Research and improve best practices for analog, digital, and EMC engineering.
3. Interface with other engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand the application space and business requirements.
4. Lead and facilitate high-level electrical estimation to support business planning activities.
5. Lead design reviews and drive improvements in design quality.
6. Act as a liaison between cross-functional, multi-site teams.
7. Use outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead and create efficient interfaces with third party engineering partners.
8. Aptitude in engineering excellence processes such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Design of Experiments, etc. is a plus.
What you need to have:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in design engineering.
3. Demonstrable record of developing high-quality electronic designs from requirements analysis to delivery.
4. High speed design with USB, Ethernet, LVDS signaling.
5. Cross-functional, multi-cultural, and/or distributed team collaboration experience.
6. Experience developing hardware in an industrial printing domain is a plus.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office
8. Excellent organizational and communication skills in both verbal and writing, including facilitation and collaboration skills necessary to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Self-motivated and demonstrates an ability to motivate others.
10. Leads by example.
11. Persuades and influences others through personal credibility.
12. Practices and promotes organizational values of integrity, innovation, respect, and reliability.
13. Communicates openly and directly.
