Job Title: Social Worker – Integrated Care and Support Team
Location: Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council
Rate: £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the London Borough of Bromley. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will need to have several years of experience in relevant Mental Health teams. You will have experience working within Mental Health Care and Support Teams, supporting adults with mental health needs. As the post-holder, you will undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience, and hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
