An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced Dietitian to join the pulmonary rehabilitation team in SBUHB. The post holder will work alongside a second highly specialist dietitian and two dietetic assistant practitioners to deliver the dietetic service across Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, and Swansea. As part of the MDT, you will deliver patient-focused care in the community, including community locations, patients' own homes, and outpatient settings along the patients' care pathway.

You will be supported in attending relevant professional networking meetings, interest groups, and CPD opportunities.
You will be based in Bridgend but will be expected to cover services across locations throughout the Health Board.
