Senior Product Manager
Location: Crewe – (3 days a week on site)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Length: 9 Months
About the Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the life-cycle management of our product line. Your expertise will ensure that we achieve our Sales & Marketing project milestones and business revenue targets. This is your chance to collaborate with various market regions and central departments, making a meaningful impact from day one!
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Positioning & Definition:
- Conduct market analysis to define winning products that align with our brand.
- Provide fact-based insights to enhance our product development process.
* Lifecycle Planning:
- Analyse current and future market performance, considering competitor activities.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify technology trends and customer needs
* Options Portfolio Management:
- Establish specific targets with Finance for model and derivative performance.
- Optimise options features across the business to meet annual revenue goals.
* Product Communications:
- Review market conditions and consolidate key product differentiators.
- Develop key messages and support dealer training activities with engaging product content.
* Project Delivery:
- Manage and report on cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Act as the functional representative for Sales & Marketing in project delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Significant automotive experience with strong business acumen.
* Proven track record in lifecycle management and cross-functional project leadership.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with a knack for problem-solving.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
