Main Duties of the Job
To provide, with consultant colleagues (as appropriate), a service in Community Frailty, supporting the development of acute medicine services, designated with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that demonstrates leadership skills, with experience in team working and multidisciplinary collaboration.

This position involves Regulated Activities with adults as defined by the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (amended by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012) and the following checks will be undertaken following any conditional offer:

* Full GMC registration with license to practice.
