Pyramid8 are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join a premier company supplying high-quality equipment into the Transport, Mobile and Industrial market sectors. It is an exciting time for their company and look forward to welcoming a new individual who can assist with our expansion.
They are looking for a passionate accounts administrator to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be self-efficient, outgoing and be an excellent verbal and written communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase ledger invoice
2. Chase account payments
3. Printing sales orders for despatch
4. Invoicing on a daily basis
5. Chase collections/liaise with couriers
6. Track deliveries
7. Filing of customer documents
8. Sending order acknowledgements to customers
9. Monitoring both customer and supplier returns
10. Answer incoming calls and transfer to the most appropriate member of staff
11. Other general administration duties
The right candidate will have;
12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Confident and professional telephone manner
14. Previous administration experience within an office environment would be preferable
15. Ability to use IT, word and excel
16. Proactive and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
17. Hardworking, self-disciplined and well organised
