Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a well established manufacturing client in Tamworth on an additional HR Generalist role to join an existing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, based on site in Tamworth, this is a full HR generalist position paying £30k - £35k dependant on experience.
You will need to build relationships across the business from the warehouse colleagues through to the SLT, so you will need to be a confident communicator.
Working alongside the already incumbent HR Generalist, you will drive the recruitment strategy, and you must be comfortable with the end-to-end process, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding.
Support the HR Assistant in reviewing training requests and ensure that TNA are identified and met.
HR Generalist - About you:
1. You must have a proven background in a HR officer / HR Advisor role.
2. Ideally, you will have worked with a blue and white collar workforce such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction, or retail.
3. You must have strong UK employment law knowledge.
4. A strong and personable communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. It is essential that you have hands-on experience with HR systems and be comfortable with analytics and reporting.
6. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is key in this role.
