The Client Services Analyst - Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client service by handling a variety of client requests efficiently and accurately. The role may focus on one or more of the following activities; case management for bereavement and powers of attorney cases, SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) servicing, and account closures. The specialist will have a client centric mindset and approach whilst ensuring all activities adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of attention to detail and analytical skills. Location | National Salary | £22,664 - £24,930 Fixed Term Contract - initial period 12 months Key Responsibilities : Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction. Handle client requests related to bereavement, powers of attorney, SIPP servicing, and closures in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare and process necessary documentation for various client requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyse and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members or departments when necessary. Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of service quality. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of processes. Being receptive to change and embracing a willingness to implement and embed new processes and technology. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail in handling client information, requests and documentation to avoid errors and ensure accuracy. Dedicated to providing a positive client experience, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Strong organisational skills managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Collaborative approach to work, contributing to a supportive and efficient team environment. Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
