As one of the biggest employers in the area, we want you to join our close working friendly team to provide administrative support to the Family and Children’s services.
This role will give you the opportunity to work as a key member of a well-established and highly valued team who are at the heart of the Family and Children’s Services Business Support Service. You will be fully supported and mentored by your colleagues to undertake a variety of tasks. The key element for the role is to act as the first point of contact in receiving and screening, co-ordinating and processing all incoming daily referrals to Children’s services.
You will need effective organisational and time management skills, good experience of IT applications and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to read and input data, so a high attention to detail and a strong ability to work accurately, is required. You will be expected to deal with highly sensitive information which will require a degree of resilience.
