Within our Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) team this role will ensure provisions of accurate nutrition and allergy information for use in-store, digitally and to meet our consumers and customer requirements across all platforms and including delivery aggregators. What you’ll do Being an ANI Technologist is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll: Co-ordinate the generation, provision and approval of nutrition and allergy data for use in-store, digitally and to meet customer and regulatory requirements. This includes back to recipe calculations as appropriate Be responsible for reviewing and approving materials related to the above e.g., menu boards and other POS, for legality and accuracy of nutrition and allergy information, in a timely fashion. Provide additional data to support decision making during the development process and support the wider technical team with data gathering and collation Support Technical leadership team with ad hoc reporting requests. Assist the Customer Feedback Team in providing allergy & nutrition responses to customer queries Support the SRA team to deliver against Technical and business objectives Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Formal Food Hygiene and Allergen training Demonstrable understanding of nutritional and allergen data and knowledge of current requirements for the provision of these data Good level of IT skills, and in particular Microsoft Excel Demonstrate a flexible approach Ability to review and question supplier technical data for accuracy and precision Accuracy, attention to detail and very organised Location – London – Hybrid
