One of our client SEMH schools in the Westbury area of Wiltshire are looking to appoint a Lead English Teacher from September or as soon as possible. This will be on a full time, permanent basis and the successful educator will be salaried directly through the school. Role: Lead English Teacher Location: Westbury, Wiltshire Start: ASAP Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £24,420 - £39,300 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience Sponsorship is unavailable for this position The school is a small independent special school in Westbury, with class sizes of roughly 2 to 5 pupils. They are looking to appoint either a qualified English teacher, or an individual with experience tutoring or teaching English within an SEN/SEMH environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) preferred but other recognised teaching qualification considered Experience of teaching to secondary class/group Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate curriculum using a range of teaching styles and methodologies.
