Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the canteen menu.
* Assist in creating and updating the staff canteen menu, considering dietary requirements and colleagues' preferences.
* Innovate and introduce new dishes periodically to keep the menu exciting and diverse.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
* Keep track of stock and manage the inventory to reduce waste and control costs.
About You
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen. Possess extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
