An award-winning small modern LEXCEL high street practice is seeking a Practice Manager/Office Manager to join them on either a full or part time basis.
The Partners are keen to recruit an experienced Practice Manager or Assistant Manager that is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a varied role, offering a career opportunity to be part of the leadership team and supporting the Partners as the firm continues to grow. To be considered, you will be in a similar position with strong compliance and operational capabilities in a legal firm. Key areas of experience will include:
1. HR function and Staff Management
2. Recruitment
3. Office Operations, facilities and IT projects
4. Marketing & communications
5. Compliance and liaison with regulatory bodies such as LEXCEL
6. Managing, attending and drafting minutes of Partnership Meetings
7. Knowledge of Legal Finance would be advantageous but not essential
8. Delivery of services, solutions and managing Client Complaints
