The team You will report directly to and be supported by the International Sales Manager and form a crucial part of the Sales team. You will work especially closely with our Channel Manager and Account Manager; as well as our wonderful customers and collaborators; and the Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams. You will be… Collaborating with customers and coordinating internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth customer experience from sale to installation. Confidently handling everything from PDFs and online portals to sales orders and contracts to support your colleagues in the sales team. Maintaining meticulous records in our CRM system, including generating quotes and accurately documenting key customer information and interactions.
