Site Manager
Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a three-week assignment in Bracknell. This role involves managing the installation of a modular structure and associated works, including crane operations, ensuring efficient coordination, site safety, and adherence to project specifications.
Role Details:
* Location: Berkshire
* Duration: 3 weeks (07 April – 22 April 2025)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate the placement of a modular structure, ensuring all works are carried out according to schedule.
* Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
* Conduct site inductions, ensuring all workers are briefed on health and safety protocols and project-specific requirements.
* Monitor site progress, identify and resolve any on-site challenges, and provide regular reports to project management.

Maintain accurate site records, including risk assessments, method statements, and daily site reports.
Candidate Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Manager with a strong background in modular construction and site logistics. Experience with crane operations and coordinating modular installations is highly desirable.

* Valid and in-date First Aid certificate
* Minimum Level 4 HNC in Construction or a related field
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Valid and in-date SMSTS qualification
