Teaching Assistant / Senior Teaching Assistant

Arbour House is an independent school with split sites – Lower and Upper, based in Weymouth and Dorchester for young people aged 6-18 with complex social and communication difficulties and in particular Autism. We provide a bespoke curriculum with a particular focus on developing independent living skills and real-life learning. We aim to support our pupils to achieve to their full potential, contribute to their communities, gain meaningful employment, or progress to further education.
Due to continued success and growth, exciting opportunities for Teaching Assistants and Senior Teaching Assistants now exist to join our small, friendly team.
Arbour House is rated ‘Good’ for all categories in our May 2022 Ofsted Inspection.
This position is for our Dorchester site however, there may be occasions when you are required to work at our Weymouth site.
