The CTO-Sales Group (mostly sales reps with their own Gross Profit number each month) is not a scalable solution for the projected growth of the European Sales teams, nor the complexity of the new technologies we'll be introduced to over the next few years. The idea would be that this would start as a one person team for End User and potentially German Sales requests, which will provide them with more time and resource to win deals/get more customers on board and improve the qualification, quality and delivery of the solutions quoted. This would coincide with improving information/spec sheets/services we provide for Trade customers, and further developing the products/services on the Website CTO Tool. Eventually, given successful, this would then be applicable to the trade teams - with an emphasis that the Technical Sales Account Manger experience and understanding wasn't hindered, the time freed up would be with purpose and quality/speed of quotes delivered was improved.,
* German and End User Enterprise CTO; Qualification, Specification and Pricing for Servers and Storage Solutions
* Provision of Information to Sales about updates with latest servers (e.g. Liquid Cooling)
* Purchasing Suggestions through the trends of Servers and Systems being requested
* Improve upon Goods in Procedures and work with Product team/Stock control for best practice of stocking and part number format of the latest systems
* Expand upon Quality, Standardisation, Pricing and Stock Utilisation of all CTO Quotes
* Improve and utilise external stock and feeds available to Techbuyer - F/S SSDs+ HDDs via Vendors, Dell outlet, HPE New/Renew Pre-configured Systems
* Internal Quickspecs /Website CTO Configurator development
* Centralise Enterprise Material for Configuring Latest Systems for Trade teams
* Introduction and expansion of services, warranty and conditions into all system quotes
* Feeding information to Product team concerning competitors stock and pricing
* CTO Pipeline and follow-ups
