Job Purpose
The primary role is to support the workforce & clients, ensuring the protection of property, assets and the safety of staff, contractors and visitors to the sites.
Principal Accountabilitys
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service to key stakeholders (employees, managers, directors, clients and alike), maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
2. Support the Security Day to day Operations of the business
3. Conducting site visits of all London sites on a minimum of a monthly basis
4. Conducting detailed site visits
5. Maintaining Employee P-Files
6. Scheduling
7. Right to Work checking
8. SIA Compliance Checking
9. Diary Management
10. Vetting support
11. Roster innovation
12. Timesheet processing
13. Annual Leave processing
14. Social media exposure
15. Uniform & PPE Ordering
16. Purchase order allocations
17. Monitoring & responding to company phone and emails
18. Adhering to the chain of command at all times and actively encouraging the workforce to do the same.
19. Reporting
20. Assistance with site Documentation
21. Advertisement for vacancies
22. Consolidation of subcontracted work
23. Security Communication compliance Admin
24. Meeting note taker
25. Monitoring workforce for late, days off etc.
26. Completing night worker assessment forms
27. Processing company ID Cards
28. Ensuring site Training documents are issued and stored
29. Working with the SCC to enrol employees on site inductions, therefore strengthen the workforce.
