EXPERIENCED IMMIGRATION SOLICITOR/IMMIGRATION CASE WORKER REQUIRED
Salary commensurate with experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department, the role will include but not be exclusive to:
1. Handling a caseload of Asylum and human rights applications
2. Preparing applications for all types of entry clearance and general visas to the UK
3. Granting extension and settlement applications
4. Preparing applications on behalf of employers and businesses
5. Processing marriage applications
6. Processing points-based system applications (student visas/applications)
7. Handling Nationality and citizenship matters
8. Handling Deportation matters (including complex cases)
9. Organising Requests for review/reconsideration
10. Conducting own Advocacy Judicial Review
11. Representing clients' appeals at IAC
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role, candidates will:
* Have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience within Immigration Law
* Exposure to handling own caseload of Immigration files
* Be a good team player and able to work unsupervised
* Exhibit excellent timekeeping and attention to detail
