Job summary We are looking to recruit a motivated and professional Bookings Co-ordinator for a fixed term of 12 months, working within a centralised administrative team, linked to theSheffield Community CAMHS Service. Your duties will be varied and will include booking appointments and dealing with telephone enquiries in a contact centre environment, accurately ensuring appointments are booked in line with Trust waiting time standards, using rotas and running reports from IT systems. You should have excellent customer service skills. You should be able to communicate effectively in a sensitive and confidential manner. Youshould have the ability to engage and motivate others, working as part of a team and under your own initiative. The post holder should haveexcellent IT and organisational skills and have experience of working in a fast paced office environment. Based at: Centenary House, 55 Albert Terrace Road, Sheffield, S6 3BR Main duties of the job The role involves being part of an administrative team providing support to a Multi-Disciplinary Clinical Team in the assessment stage of a patient journey into the service. The post holder will be expected to prioritise their own workload to ensure that booking of appointments are in line with the Trust's waiting time standards and the Trust's Patient Access Policy seeking reference from the Team Leader/Admin Manager as required. The post holder will work to defined working procedures to maximise effective use of clinical capacity and help ensure that the Trust meets localand national waiting time targets.
