Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Operations: Ensure the efficient management of office facilities, supplies, and services.
2. HR & Administration: Support HR processes, onboarding, and general administrative duties.
3. IT & Facilities Coordination: Liaise with IT and building management to maintain a seamless working environment.
4. Finance & Budgeting: Assist with office-related budgeting and cost management.
5. Event & Vendor Management: Organize internal events and oversee external supplier relationships.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with office safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Office Manager in a legal or professional services environment
2. Strong organizational and leadership skills
3. Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently
4. Experience working with external suppliers, IT teams, and HR
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
