We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support a successful sales team within a fast-paced, forward-thinking manufacturing and engineering business.
This is more than just an admin role — it’s about being the glue between the customer and the business.
You’ll play a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting order processing, and helping to grow accounts through upselling and excellent service.

About the role
* You’ll process customer orders and manage accounts with accuracy and care.
* Confidently handle incoming enquiries, providing solutions and product knowledge.
* With your keen eye for detail, you’ll proactively identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
* Prepare quotes, reports and maintain CRM systems.
About You
* You’ll come from a background in manufacturing and/or engineering (Essential)
* You’ll have proven experience in account management, order processing, or a similar role
* Display very strong organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with forecasting, reporting, and stock control
* A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
