The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment is currently working with a large international client who is experiencing significant growth. Due to this demand, my client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Service and Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and completing all administrative duties to the highest standard.
Your daily responsibilities may include:
1. Managing a shared internal inbox from customers, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timeframes.
2. Arranging product samples to be sent to new and existing customers.
3. Sourcing, raising, and providing customers with competitive market quotations, offering expert advice on the best-suited products.
4. Sharing successful leads or accepted quotations with the internal sales team to initiate the sales process.
5. Maintaining accurate customer account records on a shared internal database.
6. Maintaining stock levels.
7. Pulling and sharing reports with senior management on performance.
8. Providing additional administrative support to the Sales Manager and wider Customer Service & Sales Support team during busy periods.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar position, but as long as you have administrative experience and a passion for delivering first-class customer service, this could still be the right opportunity for you!
