The role of General Manager positions you as the sole lead for the site, and will have complete responsibility for overseeing sales development, operations management, logistics, and supply chain. This role provides the autonomy to ensure the success and development site objectives. You will be responsible for:
* Setting budgets and targets across all areas of the site, with full control of the P&L and EBITDA
* Retaining and growing the current customer base, whilst also supporting sales with new business proposals
* Ensuring operational performance, including productivity, efficiency, and profitability
* Direct management of a team of 6 managers encompassing operations, logistics, office, and customer service
The Candidate
To be successful in your application for this General Manager role you will need:
* An entrepreneurial character, having either operated at a senior level or having run your own business
* Excellent customer relationship building within a B2B services environment
* Experience managing P&L, setting budgets and ensuring operational performance to hit or exceed established targets
* Team management experience, with exposure to coaching and developing teams of middle managers
