Job Title: Reward Partner
Location: Warton or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £57,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Using an understanding of the business and relationship management skills to provide specialist insight and Reward advice to Business & People teams & functions to influence, facilitate and implement change
* Leading the ongoing implementation of the Reward framework, governance, education and supporting tools to ensure effective business implementation and delivery
* Contributing to the development and deployment of new Reward Initiatives including, best practice policies, processes, governance and supporting tools
* Analysing industry, market trends and internal Reward data; to identify short- and long-term solutions that improve performance
* Managing, leading and delivering projects including being responsible for large cyclical reward projects in your sectors or business areas to agreed business/functional outcomes usually through our Reward Tools; SuccessFactors, Tableau and Excel
* Contributing to steering/working groups to deliver Centre of Expertise (COE) requirements.
* Delivering high quality, accurate and efficient end to end services (including services provided by People Services and external third parties)
* Developing effective and positive relationships with the People Team and other stakeholders within the business as required and working with other CoE’s and other partners to deliver integrated business-focussed solutions
* Providing analytical insight and the ability to interpret, manage and manipulate data with an excellent attention to detail
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven experience of job evaluation methodologies such as WTW or Hay
* Reward management or influencing small teams of HR professionals
* Proven experience of working as a successful business partner ideally supporting stakeholders internationally
* Experience of leading and driving change management and organisational projects
* Preferable knowledge of Reward (Compensation and Benefits) practices ideally gained within an international environment

You will be coming into a role & team that is central to many business transformation projects and at the forefront of influencing decisions in this space. Through supporting the Air business, you will develop this specific area of the business, providing exposure to a complex environment and a wide range of stakeholders.
