Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Recruitment Team Leader in rolling out our new Applicant Tracking System and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a broad and varied role that will suit a highly organised, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation of our new ATS to streamline recruitment processes
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding administration
3. Ensure compliance with legal and CQC requirements throughout the hiring process
4. Coordinating referencing and DBS checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
5. Utilise various recruitment and onboarding tools, including Excel, Word, ATS, e-signature systems and referencing platforms
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate journey
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong organisational and time management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident in liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders
3. Proficient in IT & systems - experience using Excel, Word, and recruitment software (ATS, DBS, e-signature systems)
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - proactive, hardworking and detail-oriented
5. Recruitment experience preferred but not essential - A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
