As a Channel Partner Manager within our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) team, part of the Local Government sub-division, you will be responsible for driving commercial success. You will manage a select group of existing Personal Safety partners while also identifying and onboarding new partners. Your focus will be on expanding relationships, developing joint offerings, and helping partners succeed with Access solutions.Building strong, trusted relationships is key. You will understand each partner's business objectives and ensure Access TEC, along with the wider Access Group solutions, forms a core part of their go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day, you will:? • Work strategically with partners at a management or senior level to align our solutions with their business goals.• Shape and refine the Access partner proposition with Product Marketing and other teams.• Provide partners with tools, resources, and training to successfully sell and promote our solutions.• Strengthen partner relationships to drive greater sales of Access TEC products and unlock opportunities for other Access solutions.• Manage and coordinate Access resources to support partners effectively.• Monitor and optimise partner deployment processes to ensure smooth referrals and solution adoption.• Manage and mitigate channel conflict, ensuring fairness and alignment.• Build and maintain a strong TEC pipeline, achieving revenue targets with each TEC partner.• Represent Access at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.• Lead Local Government tender opportunities and support bid writing.• Support Partner Marketing and lead generation activities.• Drive cross-division opportunities within the Access Group.• Develop expertise in Access Personal Safety propositions and tailor them to partner needs.• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions.• Maintain a strong understanding of Access TEC solutions, relevant third-party products, and market developments. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Previous experience in channel management, sales, or business development in a senior B2B sales role.• A proven track record in managing and growing channel partner relationships.• Ability to influence and drive change in partners without direct authority.• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.• Experience in bid writing and managing Local Government tenders.• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.• GCSEs (A-C) in Maths and English.• UK Travel and overnight stays where required What are we all about??
