Job Title: Geography Teachers required for supply in Secondary schools Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, High Wycombe Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £180 per day Qualifications: Geography degree, QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Skills: Resilient, confident Job Duties: Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons to secondary school students Assess and evaluate students' progress to ensure learning objectives are met Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience Required Qualifications: Geography degree, QTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Geography Experience: Prior experience teaching geography at the secondary school level is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the geography curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) specialising in Geography Working Conditions: This role involves working in a secondary school setting, following the school term calendar.
