Our asset management client focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome-based, multi-asset investment and single-strategy, active investment e.g., UK, European, US and global equity funds. They are seeking a Head of Investor Services/Customer Operations to be responsible for oversight of Transfer Agency and manage the relationships with direct and institutional clients. This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement – minimum of three days in the office each week.
Responsibilities
* Manage key processes such as dealing, AML, complaints and payments.
* On behalf of the COO, be responsible for CASS oversight.
* Agree the strategy and business plan for the area as well as working with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of the strategy and plan, including other areas of operations, investment, distribution and marketing.
* Manage changes to regulations.
* Monitor the timeliness and accuracy of complaint responses.
* Recruit, manage and develop the Investor Services team members as required.
Experience & Qualifications
* Considerable experience of leading an Investor Services team.
* Have held a CASS certified position.
* Strong regulatory and compliance understanding.
