The Role
As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, and/or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients.

What we'll need you to bring
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration/ SVQIII in Operating Department Practice/Diploma in Operating Department Practice
* The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative
* Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent time management skills
* Working knowledge of basic information technology
It would be great if you also have
* Post graduate experience in Day Surgery Unit / theatre
* Experience working with paediatric patients in Day surgery and / or theatre
