Responsibilities:
School Office Administration
* Support the administrative operations of the School Office.
* Assist the Senior Team with administrative tasks as required.
* Contribute to the management of pupil and staff databases.
* Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and archiving.
* Assist with school correspondence and communications, including newsletters.
* Produce documents such as parent letters and event information.
* Coordinate diaries for senior staff as needed.
* Handle parent and staff queries professionally and support visitors to the organisation.
* Provide administrative cover during holidays or absences.
Admissions Coordination
* Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and pupils.
* Manage admissions-related enquiries via email, phone, or the organisation's website.
* Organise tours and meetings for prospective parents with senior staff.
* Process registration forms, liaise with the Finance Department, and update databases.
* Manage the admissions waiting list and arrange assessments for prospective pupils.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of admissions.
* Develop relationships with feeder schools and promote the organisation's opportunities.
* Support Open Days and new parent and pupil events.
* Issue, track, and monitor joining forms for new admissions.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in administrative roles.
