About the role
As a Security Practitioner, your role involves assisting stakeholders in understanding security risks and implementing cost-effective controls. You’ll assess risk, communicate findings to key stakeholders, review control effectiveness, propose improvements, research security technologies, apply standard frameworks, and lead risk assessment/report creation.
About you
Candidates should possess a background in Systems Engineering, Risk Management, Product Safety, or Reliability Engineering. They must demonstrate the ability to articulate technical advice effectively to key customer stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Additionally, candidates should exhibit strong prioritization skills, the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should have the capability to integrate security features seamlessly into engineering designs and articulate their functionality effectively. However, their role does not include participation in the implementation of network or cloud infrastructure; instead, the emphasis is placed on ensuring the ongoing security of the system.
