* Salary: £30,000 - £48,000 inc Lead responsibility payment

As the Arts Lead, you will:

* Develop and deliver an engaging and inclusive arts curriculum for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, covering art, drama, and music.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support students with diverse needs, including autism, PDA, trauma, ADHD, ASC, and SEMH.
* Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
* Work closely with staff, parents, and external arts organisations to provide students with exciting opportunities.
* Plan and oversee arts events, exhibitions, and community projects to showcase student talent.
* Ensure the arts curriculum is mapped across the school, embedding creativity into all areas of learning.
* Support students in achieving accredited qualifications in arts subjects, preparing them for future opportunities.
