Job Summary:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You will lead a talented marketing team, overseeing all aspects of marketing including digital, content, brand, and product marketing. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the leadership team to help shape the company’s vision and market position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
* Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing activities.
* Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive growth.
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
* Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
* Track and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as required to achieve targets.
* Drive the company’s PR and communication efforts, managing external agencies and partnerships where necessary.
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing techniques.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
* 5+ years’ experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in finance is a plus.
