Overview:
We have exclusively partnered with an insights consultancy who are at the forefront of market research innovation. They work with global clients and support them with on-demand access to resource and full service research offerings.
They have an in-house Research Platform which enables them to act as Insights Partners to their clients. They are looking for an Account Manager to join the team. In this role you'll oversee research projects and guide clients through the company platform and services. You will handle existing client relationship as well as will pitch and support new business proposals to grow accounts.
The role sits in their "managed services" team and will involve working with clients who need full service quant and qual projects.
1️⃣ This role will suit a commercially focused researcher. You will have account management responsibilities and enjoy managing and growing clients, up-selling and cross-selling a range of solutions (quant, qual, video, dashboards)
Or
2️⃣ You may be in a Customer Success Manager Role.
Or
3️⃣ You may work in an Account Management role in a research or tech/insights business.
Requirements:
o 5 years+ of market research experience either in research or in an account management/customer success manager (CSM) role.
o You may work in a full service agency or tech/insight provider.
o Account management experience required, managing clients, renewing and growing accounts and upselling.
