1. Assisting the Sales and Finance teams
2. Registering invoices
3. Purchase ledger
4. Sales ledger
5. Filing documents
6. Other Adhoc tasks to assist the departments
7. Monitor emails and calls
8. Process company expenses
Accounts Assistant - The Candidate
1. At least 1 year experience in a sales and purchase ledger role
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Good attention to detail
4. Able to prioritise workload
