We're thrilled to be working exclusively with a newly founded strategic advisory and capital solutions firm to help them make their first legal hire. This is an exciting opportunity for a fractional General Counsel to join a growing firm providing high-impact advisory and capital solutions to clients in politically sensitive and cross-border sectors.
About the Role:
The firm is looking for a fractional General Counsel to provide legal support in the following areas:
* Working alongside top-tier law firms to structure complex deals
* Drafting and reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, and compliance documents
* Helping to establish and strengthen the firm’s legal infrastructure as they scale their advisory and investment platform
* 2–3 days/month initially, with potential to scale as the business grows
What We're Looking For:
* Background in Private Markets, Private Equity, or Family Offices
* A solid understanding of both regulated and non-regulated advisory
* Experience as a fractional GC or legal consultant
* Strong legal expertise with the ability to handle complex, cross-border transactions and political risk management
