We are currently recruiting for experienced permanent warehouse materials co-ordinators to work for our Drinks Industry Client, an ever growing and ambitious creator and distributor of premium spirits and wines. These roles will be based at their East Kilbride warehouse. Your Time at Work Key Responsibilities Provide rotational and absence cover for FGI, Goods In, and Label Store. Conduct cycle counts and maintain audit-ready documentation. Perform end-of-shift reviews with the Team Leader. Update 3rd Party bottlers on live orders. Document all incoming goods. Unload and load dry goods. Maintain SAP updates for goods receipt and location. Ensure accurate ERP data input for production. Review production orders for dry goods availability. Align daily delivery schedules to bottling lines. Support bottling lines with label supply and rework. Participate in annual stock checks. Report H&S incidents. Develop effective relationships with internal customers and third-party drivers. Support Materials Handler roles as needed. Attend and participate in DORs (T1, T2 WCM meetings). Cover ERP updates when the Team Leader is off. Successful candidate must have : Strong administrative, numeracy, written and IT skills ERP experience Customer query handling/ Proactive problem solving Ability to multi-task and prioritise Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and IT Skills Permanent Role with attractive salary Hours of work Monday to Friday Does this sound like the opportunity you have been looking for?
