This is a highly varied role based in our Milton Keynes office with travel expected, there is a tremendous ability to earn and make a strong brand of yourself in the market. You will be responsible for account managing existing clients, looking at retention methods of existing business and bringing on new business as well. About you: Proven background in sales and business development - ideally within Property. Strong Negotiation skills. Excellent Customer Service skills. Excellent Written English Communication and Numeracy. Flexibility. Great Commercial Acumen. Ability to become Trusted and Credible in the market. What you will be doing: Attending networking events. Developing new and existing relationships with Landlords, Investors and Agents. Procuring new properties and developments for Rental Guarantee scheme. Full 360 role ensuring property is ready for occupation. Negotiating rental plans. Account Managing Landlords/clients dealing with queries, requests. Working closely with Directors to run campaigns and support local events.
