Job summary The States of Guernsey has anexciting opportunity for a HCPC registered, experienced and autonomous Band 8a lead Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to run and manage a small but essential team within Health and Social Care Adult Physical Health Services on the beautiful island Channel Island of Guernsey.The postholder will be responsible for the overall management of the Adult Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Service and provide operational leadership, service delivery, supervision, professional consultation, guidance and advice to the MDT working within and service users accessing this service.
