Shifts Examples:
40-45hrs a week made up of 8 shifts. Food served: Mon - Sat: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-9pm / Sun: 12pm-7pm. Day shift: 11.30am - 4pm. Evening shift: 5.30pm - Close 10.30-11pm (approximately - so no late lockups).
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Maîtres d' / Hosting - manage reservations, greet guests upon arrival, & guide them to their assigned tables.
2. Ensuring food & beverages are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for managing daily operations.
4. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards.
5. Training our waiting staff to a high standard & maintain these standards.
6. Oversee food preparation & ensure high-quality dishes are served.
7. Help organise special events & create social media content.
8. Develop & implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong leadership abilities to motivate & guide staff effectively.
2. Hospitality background with a focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Bartending experience is advantageous.
4. Proficiency of culinary practices, food preparation & kitchen operations.
5. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 yearly
