Actual Salary £9,451.56 PRO RATA per annum (Grade 5) This job is Part time for 17.3 hours per week and 39 weeks per year. It is offered on a Permanent basis Approximate start date 01/11/2024 We are looking for someone who can assist the Headteacher and teachers in the implementation of a programme of work and in the provision of a stable, caring and supportive learning environment, which enables pupils to achieve their full learning potential and facilitates their personal, social and moral development. Responsible for supervising the activities of pupils during the school teaching periods and the midday sessional break within the school, including both indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe environment is maintained at all times. There may be a Special Needs input to work with pupils. Support is both on a 1:1 basis and in group, to pupils with disability, learning difficulty or behavioural problems. Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous Teaching Assistant experience. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12pm, with some flexibility required.
