Working hours:
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Details about this Administrator opportunity:
1. Handling general calls (non-sales related)
2. Managing the reception area and looking after visitors
3. Meeting and greeting customers and visitors and dealing with any enquiries
4. Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
5. Filing and paper management
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills
2. Customer service skills
3. Good organization
4. A good attitude and knowledge of Microsoft packages
5. A high attention to detail
6. Good timekeeping and attendance
7. Experience dealing with customers
8. Able to work to a high standard
