You will utilise your expertise in human resources and recruitment processes to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
1. Source and attract candidates using various methods, including social media management and lead generation techniques.
2. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service throughout the recruitment process.
5. Provide guidance to candidates on the application process, interview preparation, and career advice.
Experience
1. Proven experience in recruitment is essential.
2. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Experience in lead generation and placing candidates within permanent positions is essential.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
